552B Chopped Strands are specifically designed for the manufacture of Bulk Molding Compound (BMC), featuring superior mechanical properties. They are coated with a silane-based sizing that is compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resin systems. This unique sizing formulation endows final products with high mechanical performance, particularly in terms of impact strength.
552B Chopped Strands offer excellent strand formation, low static electricity, and minimal fiber tips which allow for even dispersion in resins, ensuring material stability and consistency. They provide a consistent chopping rate that is easy to handle and leads to high processing efficiency. This material adheres to ISO standards 1888, 3344, and 1887 as well as the company's internal standard Q/JS J0361, which includes specifications on diameter tolerance, moisture content, combustible substance content, and sizing weight, among other parameters.

Pack in large rolls of course ok. 250m roll length, 550mm roll diameter, 1 bracket 4 rolls, no carton and with wooden frame.
