442K is a pigmentable assembled roving for premium surface SMC.
442K is a specialized assembled roving made by E glass. It is coated with a silane-based sizing. It is designed for premium surface applications for SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) products. It is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resin.
Compared to 440 which is used for general purpose SMC products, 442K is designed for SMC products with high surface quality and easy coloring requirements like waterproof board, water tank, electrical cabinet, etc. Its outstanding pigmentability and fiber whiteness make it more special.
442K roving is an ideal product for creating products that need stringent attention on surface quality and color uniformity, such as bathroom fixtures and sanitary ware. It can ensure consistent surface finish and color across a large volume of production. It enables high-temperature, fast molding cycles in producing SMC products.

Pack in large rolls of course ok. 250m roll length, 550mm roll diameter, 1 bracket 4 rolls, no carton and with wooden frame.
