Fiberglass continuous fliament mat is a non-woven mat made from E-CR glass filaments randomly-oriented. It is directly bonded by sizing agent without clustering.
Union CFM for Pultrusion is compatible with unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) resin system and designed for the reinforcement of pultruded shapes including gratings, ladder rails, frames, insulators.
The final product made from Union CFM for Pultrusion has good surface aspect. It is freedom of design with excellent corrosion resistance and fast pultrusion speed.

Q: What's your regular packing and Is it possible to pack in large rolls?A: If width is 1.04m, 2 vertical brackets are available.if width is more than 1.04m, the horizontal brackets are stacked on top of the vertical brackets.
Pack in large rolls of course ok. 250m roll length, 550mm roll diameter, 1 bracket 4 rolls, no carton and with wooden frame.
Q: MOQ?A: We don't have min order quantity requirement, we can support our customers from small quantity.

Q: How to ensure the stability of quality?A: Before producting, we will send samples to our customers and keep samples and labels.
During producting, workers strictly control the quality to a large extent.
After producting, COA is available which is consistent with the sample.
Q: Can the roll width be customized?A: Yes, we can customize the roll width for you.
For CFM, the max width wecan produce is 1850MM.
For CSM, the max width wecan produce is 3200MM.
