SMC 6008XH has excellent physical and mechanical properties with uniform hardness, good peelability and is convenient to cut. The pressed products of SMC 6008XH are featured with low-shrinkage, high strength, high tinting strength, etc. SMC6008XH is mainly used in structural parts of car bumper, vehicle parts, medium parts, A-class surface products.
SMC composite is a flat sheet-like compound, produced on a continuous moving belt process. The SMC composites are made from chopped multi end rowing strand sandwiched between two layers of film, onto the resin paste (resin, shrink compensation, fillers, additives and curing agent) has already been applied. The prepreg passes through a compaction system that ensures complete strand impregnation and makes a sheet packed in zig-zag carton. These are stored for pre maturing before moulding to allow the prepreg to thicken into a mouldable viscosity. Precision SMC are first choice solutions for substitution of high performance metal parts where high precision is achieved through post machining.

The compound is even approved for use in the outer shells of passenger vehicles, where it regularly receives high scores in crash tests.

How can u make sure the different batches of your product have the same color Our QC dept. have spectrocolorimeter to make sure the final product of different batches product have a ΔE<2.
Q: What is the shelf life of SMC?A: Usually you can keep 5~6 months from production to use, if in the suitable storage condition. Please store it in and keep in a cool, ventilated and dry place below 25°C. Avoid fire, keep away from heat and radiation sources. Avoid water and prohibit exposure to sunlight and open storage.For foreign customers, we will use Reefer container (18C temperature). Once you open the package, please use it all during three days.
Q: How do you pack the SMC?A: We use zig-zag way to load into the pallet. Pallet size: 1.06*1.06*0.7meters, 1000kg per pallet. (±5% difference)In 20ft Reefer container, load 20000kg (20tons)， 20pallets. The materials are sealed with multi-layer PP film packaging, plus aluminium-plated film to prevent the Light Source. The outer layer is packed in multi-layer cartons and fumigation-free pallets.
Q: Can we get samples?A: Yes. We can provide free sample. (within 10kg)
Q: What is the delivery time?A: Usually 7days from other to delivery.
